The Background
Since the ANPR system & Parking Perks launched at Gallions Reach, we have attained over 1,000 members, alongside their vehicle registration numbers. We saw a significant increase in customer sign-ups through the increased use of boosted social media content, combined with on-site promotions.The Strategy
We have promoted our Parking Perks sign-up landing page across social media, through paid advertisements, combined with distributing emails to the existing Gallions Reach database of over 9,000 - with an added incentive for customers to be in with the chance of winning £200 to spend at the centre for becoming a Parking Perks member.
This was added to the primary incentive of gaining access to weekly offers and giveaways (pre-agreed with tenants). The below offers were promoted through social media and Ezines.
The Results
Each of the below offers had significant redemptions, as we engaged retailers we knew Gallions Reach customers would be interested in.- Heavenly Desserts: Buy a dessert and receive a free hot drink (approx. £5 - £6 value) Ezine produced an 89% conversion rate.
- German Doner Kebab: Free spring rolls with any meal purchase (approx. £3 - £4 value) Ezine produced 75% conversion rate.
- Subway: Free meal upgrade with purchase of any Footlong Sub (approx. £3 - £4 value) Ezine produced 55% conversion rate.
